In Changzhou there are 13 colleges, 60 secondary specialized schools and 300 professional training institutions. 200,000 technicians provide a strong source of human resources to foreign-funded companies and local companies.     Changzhou University Town borders Wujin Hi-Tech Industrial Zone (WIZ). It is the first university focusing on vocational training in China. The university consists of six institutions. More than 10,000 students are already at the new colleges. After construction is completed, there will be 70,000 teachers and students.
